Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ForumPilot ("the Service"), including its website at forumpilot.ai, dashboard, AI concierge ("Nora"), and any related SMS, email, or messaging features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ForumPilot is a software platform for EO and YPO peer forum groups. The Service provides forum moderators with a management dashboard and forum members with an AI concierge (Nora) accessible via SMS text message and email. Nora assists with meeting logistics, RSVPs, scheduling, presentation preparation, and forum protocol.

3. Account and Access

Forum moderators create and manage accounts through the ForumPilot dashboard. Forum members are added to the platform by their moderator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SMS and Messaging Terms

By being added to ForumPilot and providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from ForumPilot's AI concierge, Nora. Messages may include meeting reminders, RSVP confirmations, scheduling information, presentation prep materials, and forum protocol guidance.

Message frequency varies based on your forum schedule and your interactions with Nora. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message from Nora. You may request help by replying HELP. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use ForumPilot via email.

5. Confidentiality

Forum discussions and member information are treated as confidential. ForumPilot processes and stores information necessary to provide the Service, including meeting details, member preferences, and conversation history. This information is used solely to deliver the Service and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. AI-Generated Content

Nora is an AI assistant powered by third-party language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. ForumPilot is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Users should verify critical information independently.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access accounts or data belonging to other users, using the Service for unlawful purposes, interfering with the operation of the Service, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

ForumPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForumPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
