What is ForumPilot?
ForumPilot is a software platform built for EO (Entrepreneurs' Organization) and YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) peer forum groups. We help forum moderators run smoother, more impactful meetings — and give every member an AI concierge named Nora who handles the logistics so the group can focus on what matters.
How it works
For moderators
Use the ForumPilot dashboard to manage your forum calendar, track attendance, assign presenters, organize documents, and manage expenses. Nora automates reminders, RSVP collection, and presenter prep on your behalf.
For members
Members are added by their forum moderator. Once added, members interact with Nora via text message (SMS) and email. Nora helps with meeting reminders, RSVPs, presentation prep, and forum updates. No app download required.
SMS & messaging
ForumPilot uses SMS text messaging to communicate with forum members. Messages include meeting reminders, RSVP confirmations, presenter preparation prompts, agenda delivery, and responses to member inquiries about forum activities.
Forum members are added to the platform by their forum moderator. By being added, members consent to receive SMS messages related to their forum activities. Message frequency varies based on meeting schedules, typically 2–8 messages per month.
